Seasonal Retreats

Eating and adjusting our body’s seasonal needs will keep us attuned to Earth cycles of Nature. If we follow the natural rhythms and vibes of the earth we can improve our overall health in ways you have never imagined. These retreats are a way for you to reconnect with your highest self and potential.

Each retreat will have a seasonal theme focusing on healthy foods, juices, movement, yoga & meditation and sport.

Spring

During this time of year our focus will be on purification, healing, and rejuvenation. Our goal during this retreat will be to increase energy through healthy green juices, yoga, meditation, and specific training such as jump rope, calisthenics and trail intervals.

Summer

This is the time of year for growth, activity, and expansion. During this retreat we will be diving into raw vegan nutrition , refreshing mocktails, and enjoying outdoor activities that the beach and surrounding areas have to offer.

Autumn

Fall provides us with an abundance of enriching foods. It is the time to reap the rewards of summer. During this retreat we will focus on the warming and nourishing tradition of the 6 tastes of Ayurveda, Chakra’s and Dosha awareness.

Align through forest bathing, yoga, and natural dance flow movements.

Winter

Winter is the time for resting & recharging our bodies. This retreat focuses on warming and nourishing foods. We will find our breath through a Wim Hof challenge, yoga in the snow or forest walks to get moving outdoors and maintain winter energy needs.
